Job Summary
Manager Automation Engineer at Pfizer in the Global Supply division. Lead or co-lead moderately complex automation projects, design/develop/deploy automated processes, maintain automation computing infrastructure with 24x7 support, ensure compliance, and provide technical leadership. Requires experience in process controls, systems architecture, project management, and mentoring colleagues; travel and on-site work at the Kalamazoo, MI facility with relocation consideration and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in Automation Engineering, showcasing expertise in process controls equipment and Network Hubs
- Strong design and debugging skills
- Broad understanding of systems architecture and operations, along with related components
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
