Job Summary
Design, operate, and continuously improve the platforms powering EXOS internal operations and client service delivery, including ConnectWise PSA, N-Central RMM, and the surrounding ecosystem. Own end-to-end administration, configuration, and lifecycle management for these tools while driving workflow automation, API integrations, and scripted operations. Lead patch orchestration, change planning, and incident response to ensure reliability, security, and auditability. Evaluate and integrate future platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform, and build teams of automation and systems engineers. Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Client Success leadership to align technical roadmaps with EXOS standards and deliver measurable outcomes tied to business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT operations, systems engineering, or automation engineering experience
- 2+ years leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep hands-on experience with ConnectWise PSA (Manage) administration
- Deep hands-on experience with N-Central RMM at scale
- Fluency in ticketing data, agreements, SLAs, procurement, and change modules
- Strong scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
- API integration experience (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
- Hands-on with workflow orchestration platforms (Rewst, n8n, Power Automate, or comparable)
- Experience building integrations that survive production
- Deep understanding of enterprise patching — testing, staged deployment, rollback, exception tracking
- Familiarity with CIS Controls, CISA BOD 19-02, and industry benchmarks for critical, high, and medium severity patching windows
- ITIL 4 Change Enablement fluency
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root-cause analysis

- Comfortable adopting and integrating AI tooling (Claude, Copilot, Rewst, comparable orchestration and agent platforms) into operational workflows

- Work within security policy set by others (Cyber team)
- Build platforms and automation that are security-by-default and audit-ready
- Hold vendors accountable to roadmap, SLA, and standards commitments
- Confident representing EXOS in vendor architecture and integration conversations
- Hold your own in a client engagement discussion — scope, SLA, and business outcomes
- Translate technical work into client value

- Prior experience running the automation function inside an MSP
