Job Summary
Store Manager for Audrey’s Museum Store and its growing online shop, overseeing daily retail operations, financial performance, staff supervision, and cross-department collaboration. Responsible for both in-store and Shopify-based online store performance, inventory management, budgeting, POS activities, customer service, and staff development. Role integrates museum programming with retail, including exhibitions, family programming, and community lifecycle events, in a dynamic Judaica-focused environment. Lead a team of supervisory and frontline staff, ensure loss prevention and accurate financial processes, and drive open-to-buy planning and merchandising strategy to enhance visitor experience and online reach.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience managing and inspiring a team
- Retail sales experience
- Knowledge of retail accounting practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Shopify
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, technological)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays and events
