Manager, Audit Technical Resource Group

Manager, Audit Technical Resource Group provides technical guidance, quality review support, and practical resources to engagement teams to ensure GAAP compliance and high-quality audit delivery. Responsibilities include performing Report Quality Reviews (RQRs), researching and documenting technical accounting and auditing issues, responding to advanced technical inquiries, developing and updating technical tools, templates, training materials, and whitepapers, participating in internal inspections and quality management activities, delivering technical training through firmwide programs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of GAAP and standards, and collaborating with Audit leadership on technical quality initiatives. The role also supports workflow and collaboration by assisting staff with ad hoc technical, quality, risk, and independence matters, contributing thought leadership, and enhancing marketing guidance on technical matters. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred), active CPA license, 5+ years of experience in public accounting/audit with a technical focus, strong ability to research standards, and mentoring/supervisory experience; deep knowledge of US GAAP and current audit concepts.
