Job Summary
Audit Manager in Brisbane leads and mentors audit engagements from planning through completion, ensures high-quality outcomes within budgets and deadlines, and supports business development. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing technical accounting and audit issues, reviewing audit work and financial statements for compliance with Accounting Standards, preparing reports and opinions for management, briefing partners, and ensuring methodology compliance. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, prioritisation, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while mentoring and coordinating the audit team. Desirable skills include business development exposure and the ability to present to staff and clients.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in audit

- Detailed working knowledge of Corporations Act, Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards and other applicable legislation
