Lead audit and review engagements, managing detailed working papers for compilations, reviews, and complex audits to ensure quality and professional standards. Supervise and train assurance staff, coach team members, and provide performance feedback while reviewing planning documents and leading meetings. Account for engagement completion, monitor budgets and billings, and proactively address issues with clients and partners. Review complex personal and corporate tax returns, prepare cash-flow analyses, and ensure all notes from partner and tax reviews are cleared timely. Stay current with accounting standards, auditing standards, and tax regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong understanding of client businesses.
