Job Summary
Oversee people, daily workload, and overall shop workflow while developing a strong shop culture and ensuring efficient operations. Maintain exceptional service standards by working directly with customers to ensure their vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally. Assess, set, and achieve sales and service goals for the location, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and a service-oriented leadership style. Candidates with heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience and tire service expertise are strongly preferred, with the ability to step into a service tech role when needed.
