Job Summary
Lead client-facing engagement teams to complete audits, reviews, compilations, compliance tax engagements, budgeting, internal controls, and financial transactions. Deliver industry expertise through client interactions, reports, and management presentations while managing client portfolios to understand business risks and drive relationship growth. Accountable for engagement planning, scheduling, project financials, and quality control to anticipate and address issues. Mentor team members by setting expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation
- 4 to 6 years of relevant public accounting experience
- Strong understanding of business, accounting, management and practice development principles
- Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
- Maintain flexibility to travel
