Job Summary
Lead client-facing engagement teams to complete audits, compliance tax engagements, budgeting, internal controls, and financial transactions. Deliver industry expertise through client interactions, reports, and management presentations while managing a portfolio of clients to ensure relationship growth and added value. Accountable for engagement planning, scheduling, project financials, and quality control to anticipate and address business issues. Mentor team members on professional development, network in the local business community, and contribute to competitive proposals. Requires CPA designation, 4–6 years of public accounting experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Annual salary range $85,000–$110,000. Required Qualifications
- CPA designation
- 4 to 6 years of relevant public accounting experience
- Strong understanding of business, accounting, management and practice development principles
- Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin & English
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
