Job Summary
Legal professional with 5+ years of experience to draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor agreements, service agreements, API integration agreements, marketing agreements, NDAs, MoUs; assist in regulatory compliance; handle consumer litigation and dealing with investigating authorities; provide day-to-day legal support to cross-functional teams; maintain platform legal documents such as User Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and related policies; coordinate with external counsel for litigation; monitor changes in legislation and assist impact analysis; support onboarding of operators, suppliers, and service providers from a legal/documentation perspective; assist in reviewing marketing campaigns for legal compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Law graduate (LLB) with minimum 5-7 years of experience in legal function either at a law firm or as in house counsel.
