Job Summary
Maintain accurate membership records, manage onboarding processes, and execute member surveys while handling incoming queries and requests. Coordinate CMA Board logistics, oversee speaker and program details for leadership conferences, and lead association partnership events and webinars. Draft member communications, curate social media content, and maintain the CMA website with current events. Monitor membership growth metrics, assist with invoicing, and report on program effectiveness. Requires 3+ years in administrative/project management, Salesforce experience, and willingness to travel 3-5 times annually.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years administrative/project management work experience
- Must be articulate, well organized, and self-motivated
- Experience initiating and developing client relationships
- Must have excellent interpersonal, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a cross-departmental team
- Ability to handle stress as priorities and tasks change
- Willingness to occasionally work nights and/or weekends
- Light lifting required; must have the ability to lift and move 20 lb. boxes of literature and sponsorship/exhibit material
- Must be willing to travel to 3-5 events per year
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management experience is highly preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce preferred
