Job Summary
Lead root cause investigations, reliability assessments, and failure analysis activities to identify and eliminate recurring asset failures in critical airport infrastructure. Analyze maintenance, operational, and asset performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and optimize preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies that enhance operational resilience. Support asset criticality assessments, lifecycle planning, and long-term infrastructure investments while providing technical input to capital projects and commissioning activities. Develop and maintain reliability KPIs and dashboards to translate technical data into actionable recommendations for business leaders. Build strong partnerships with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and project teams to champion a proactive reliability culture focused on safety, performance, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in reliability, maintenance engineering, asset management, or a similar discipline within a complex operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), reliability assessments, and structured problem-solving activities.
- Experience developing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
- Experience working with CMMS/EAM platforms such as Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform complex technical data into practical business recommendations.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, or leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse technical and operational groups.
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
