Job Summary
Lead the store executive team in planning, implementing, monitoring, and managing shortage prevention and awareness programs while analyzing theft trends through available reports, systems, and technology. Manage and monitor internal and external theft investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries, ensuring all asset protection policies are understood and executed effectively by the team. Uphold diversity, inclusion, and respect ideals while maintaining safety awareness for customers and colleagues, and handle high-profile incidents and special event management. Recruit and develop qualified asset protection talent, fostering a culture that values retention and succession planning. Assume an elevated leadership role to support district results, leverage partnerships with local law enforcement, and participate in visits with senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of prior Asset Protection management experience
- This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
- Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- May involve reaching above eye level
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Able to sustain long periods enclosed in surveillance areas
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and company needs
