Job Summary
Manage and grow InterPark's business within assigned markets by overseeing portfolio properties and executing approved business plans. Assess property needs, develop growth strategies, and identify/ negotiate lease contracts while monitoring financial performance and cash operations. Build positive landlord relations, lead team recruitment and training, and ensure compliance with HR policies and IT requirements. Monitor third-party operator relations, maintain accurate financial reporting, and implement digital operating models including budgeting and deal negotiations. Ultimately responsible for annual budget adherence and maximizing profitability across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- 3 years Parking, Real Estate, Hospitality or Retail Management experience
- 2 years managing a multi-location operation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Time management skills
- Safety awareness
- Good judgment
Desired Qualifications
- Some knowledge of garage construction and design
