Manager Asset Equipment

Develop and roll out comprehensive asset management strategies for the City of Hope Enterprise, driving the creation and implementation of processes to identify, tag, locate, and reconcile equipment. Implement asset governance methodologies and provide high-level expertise to senior management on all aspects of equipment management. Manage the overall life-cycle management methodology for equipment and oversee inventory and assessment efforts performed by custodians and external consulting services. Coordinate with capital governance committees to support successful planning of capital needs. This role reports directly to the Executive Director Supply Chain Operations and may include future staff management responsibilities for specialists, coordinators, and analysts. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Equipment Management, along with 5+ years of related experience in equipment management, warehouse, or inventory management.
