Job Summary
Lead and manage renewable energy development projects (wind, solar, and energy storage) focused on major permits and authorizations within TerraForm’s platform; coordinate with internal and external leads across all project development pillars; manage external consultants as project manager overseeing land use, environmental, and permitting workstreams; drive due diligence for prospective opportunities; advance milestones with cross-functional teams; prepare and present business cases for projects selected for investment and financing; sequence development activities across stage gates and track risks and mitigants; own overall schedules and budgets for assigned development projects; travel within the US as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred
- Direct experience securing major permits and authorizations for renewable energy or similar infrastructure projects is a plus
- Experience in MS Office including MS Project
- Ability to travel as needed within the US
