Job Summary
Manager, ASPAC Site IT Delivery Lead responsible for end-to-end delivery of on-site and regional technology services across ASPAC locations. Lead day-to-day IT operations, incident/problem/change management, and vendor management while ensuring cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with global IT standards. Build strong partnerships with site/business leaders, coach regional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enable manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions with dependable technology services. Travel up to 25% and collaborate with global IT teams to deploy deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle activities; provide leadership to site/Regional technology teams and ensure high customer satisfaction across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery or site IT operations within regulated/enterprise environments
- Experience in ITSM (incident, problem, change)
- Experience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders across geographies
- Proficiency in end-user computing, network and infrastructure services, vendor management
- English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
