Job Summary

Technology Product Leader for ASPAC CRM in Tokyo or Sydney who owns end-to-end CRM platform management, deployment, and analytics to enable sales effectiveness and data-driven decisions. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant capabilities, drive revenue optimization, and improve field productivity. Leads cross-functional delivery teams using agile/product-centric practices, ensures global standards and regulatory compliance, and manages vendor relationships. Focus areas include CRM, compensation, marketing, order management, and customer service; driving AI-enabled insights, analytics, automation, and omnichannel engagement to enhance customer engagement and revenue. Requires a Bachelor's (and MBA preferred) with 6–8 years of IT product management experience and hands-on CRM platform expertise; travel up to 15% (domestic); #LI-Hybrid.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (required)
  • 6–8 years of IT product management, technology product ownership, or commercial technology delivery experience
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of commercial business processes including sales operations and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills in a matrixed environment
  • Preferred experience in medical devices, life sciences, or regulated commercial environments
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and customer data governance
  • English language proficiency (required)
