Job Summary
Lead and drive verification for high-speed IPs (PCIe) and IP/SS verification (SV/UVM) across multiple IP/SS projects. Plan and strategize team execution towards an efficient, scalable IP/SS verification environment and methodologies. Collaborate with Architecture and Design to establish standard flows and deliverables alignments; support architecture requirements through to end-product bring-up. Drive silicon bring-up and ramp up the team to enable multiple IP/SS verifications in parallel with high quality and efficiency. Emphasize automation, portability, and reusability; provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to engineers across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters in Engineering
- Overall verification domain experience of 14+ years
- Minimum 12+ years of IP/SS verification using SV and UVM
- Expert level experience on PCIe protocols (Root-Complex, Endpoints and SR-IOV)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing teams of 10+ engineers and leads
- Good experience collaborating with engineering teams across multiple geographies
- Knowledge of industry standard interfaces such as PCIE-NVME, NAND and AXI
- Ability to improvise methodologies and drive automation towards efficient execution
- Experience in career planning, technical mentoring and coaching junior engineers
