Job Summary
Site Manager provides operational leadership for an assigned clinic site(s), ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality daily operations. This role oversees patient flow, supervises staff, partners with clinicians, ensures compliance, manages resources, and drives a positive patient experience. The Site Manager executes organizational initiatives and is responsible for achieving site level performance standards. This role may oversee multiple clinic sites or a single high volume location, and occasional travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum two years management experience
- HR experience in hiring, supervision, and performance reviews
- Using healthcare software and computer systems
- Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers and clinicians
- Must convey a professional demeanor
- Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language in person, by phone and in writing
