Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Area Manager to oversee operations in JPMS Distribution Center. Responsibilities include managing shipping/receiving activities, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- 3+ years in managing a team of direct reports
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in logistics and distribution including OSHA
