Job Summary
Manager (Area Service Manager), Aftersales - NMIPL responsible for customer satisfaction, aftersales revenue and dealer operations for the assigned area. Oversees outlet performance, service marketing, CSI and KPI monitoring, parts inventory and wholesale opportunities, dealer incentive programs, and training/HR initiatives. Coordinates with internal teams and dealers to ensure retention, service quality, and profitability; drives network expansion and field support in line with NSC/Aftersales objectives, recalls and campaigns, and SLA compliance. Requires strong leadership, communication, and technical knowledge (OEM-certified; EV/Hybrid knowledge advantageous). Location: Chennai, India.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's or higher degree in mechanical engineering or automobile engineering
- Experience of after sales at automotive manufacturing company (Bachelor: 7–12 years; Diploma: 9–14 years)
