Job Summary
Manager - Area Sales role responsible for driving sales of SBI Card products across a defined geography (80-200 branches, multiple areas) through a large team of NFTEs. Key duties include executing location-wise sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with SBI stakeholders and partner banks, driving campaigns and digital initiatives, assessing staffing needs, hiring and performance management of NFTEs, coordinating trainings (NHOs/Refreshers and product training), enabling cross-sell and lifecycle campaigns, monitoring metrics (Sourcing Mix, Approval Rate, Inflow/Processing/Dispatch rates), supporting KYC/compliance projects, and providing regular reports to stakeholders. Requires a graduate degree (post-graduate preferred) and strong people, planning, and relationship-management skills to lead a multi-branch sales operation in the BFSI/retail sector.
