Job Summary
Area Sales Manager (ASM) in Distribution Sales leads a large field and tele-sales team across a geography to drive sales of SBI Card products through POS and distribution points. Responsible for hiring/training NFTEs, coordinating with WE function for quality hiring, managing PSA sites, expanding retail footprint, scaling DSA/LG channel partners, driving digital enablement (EKYC/VKYC/Perfois), ensuring high conversion rates and faster disbursement, and ensuring compliance with sales guidelines. Requires strong leadership, team management, relationship management, and analytical skills; graduate/PG preferred.
