Job Summary
Manager role overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations in multiple Greater Chattanooga/North GA/Murphy/Scottsboro areas. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintaining financial controls, creating and managing staff schedules, interviewing/hiring/training staff, coaching and developing the team, enforcing food safety and facility maintenance, conducting health and safety inspections, and fostering a fun, productive team environment.
