Job Summary
Seasonal Aquatics Center Manager role focused on supervising and coordinating aquatic staff, scheduling and training, maintaining water quality per health standards, handling cash and daily reports, enforcing pool rules, and coordinating safety drills and events. Requires knowledge of lifeguarding and aquatics safety, ability to supervise and train staff, create schedules, respond to emergencies, and deliver strong customer service for a large facility. Must have Lifeguarding-related experience, CPR/AED certification, and high school diploma or GED. Salary range listed is $21.67-$23.60 hourly equivalent, with duties including facility oversight, safety enforcement, and operational administration.
Required Qualifications
- Two season (6 months) Customer Service experience, including one season (3 months) Lead Lifeguard or: or: 1 year teaching, coaching, or positions that involve supervising, teaching, training, and/or managing groups of young people typically ages 15-21
