Job Summary
Lead and manage a global Applications Engineering team supporting pre-sales demos, onsite evaluations, and H2H engagements for Inspection products; responsibilities include staffing planning, coordinating demos/evals, preventing customer engagement bottlenecks, contributing to product requirements, triaging bugs, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Engineering. Requires 8-10+ years in AOI, 2+ years as a team lead, strong stakeholder management, and deep expertise in Semiconductor inspection/metrology; travel 10-20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Optical Engineering, Robotics, or other Engineering fields associated with Semiconductor Manufacturing
- Master’s degree preferred
- 8–10+ years in Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems
- Minimum 2 years as Team Lead with direct reports
- Inspection Applications Manager experience strongly preferred
