Job Summary
Manager - Applications Development role leading Oracle E-Business Suite R12 iExpense, AP and Purchasing implementations. Responsibilities include leading functional design, configuration, and delivery; gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications and configurations; developing setups (suppliers, payment methods, invoices, approvals, procurement flows, iExpense policies); designing business processes and detailed specs for customizations and interfaces; supporting development teams with technical specs (PL/SQL, APIs, Open Interfaces); leading unit, integration and UAT testing; planning data migrations and cutover; providing production support and root-cause analysis; suggesting process improvements; delivering training and end-user documentation; coordinating with cross-functional teams (AR, GL, Tax, Treasury, IT/Integration, Security) to ensure end-to-end solution integrity; ensuring internal controls and SOX compliance; and leveraging strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities. The role requires 8–10 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience, deep expertise in iExpense, Payables, and Purchasing, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. A hybrid work arrangement with Noida and Pune offices is supported, with a minimum three days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12
- Hands-on experience in Oracle iExpense, Payables, and Purchasing
- Experience across full project lifecycle (requirements, fit-gap, configuration, testing, cutover, support)
- Experience creating functional specifications for interfaces (APIs, flat files) and reports
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and best practices
- Experience with AME/ADM, approvals, and user roles
- Data migration/consolidation/reconciliation with legacy systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exposure to Oracle EBS integrations with third-party tools
- Knowledge of Oracle Workflow and Oracle Forms/Reports
- Experience with Fusion/Cloud migration or hybrid environments
- Professional certifications in Oracle EBS or related domains
