Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day HR tech support and service delivery for HR systems, manage design, build, test, and deployment phases, mentor team, coordinate with external vendors, lead change control and releases across Oracle HR modules, optimize configurations per design specs, and travel up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Admin., or related field
- 5 years exp. in HR Tech support
- 5 years exp. in leading service delivery & managing vendor relationships
- 5 years exp. in UKG (Kronos)
- 5 years exp. with SQL/MS Access
- 5 years exp. with Dell Boomi Interfaces
- 5 years exp. in project management & organization
- strong communication & stakeholder mgmt
- continuous process improvement & simplification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of HR tech support experience
- experience leading service delivery and managing vendor relationships
- experience with UKG/Kronos

- Crystal Reports/SSRS/RRDL

Additional Requirements
- Travel up to 5% for domestic travel to Houston, TX for corp. office team & project meetings
