Job Summary
Manager, Application Services leading the product operations team to deliver best-in-class application management and lifecycle support. Responsibilities include establishing standards and reporting for day-to-day management, releases, outages, and launches; coaching and developing the operations team; overseeing application lifecycle projects with internal teams, partners, and vendors; driving data analytics to optimize system support, adoption, and customer satisfaction; coordinating marketing, training, and communications; and managing integrations and vendor partnerships. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of people management experience, plus strong SDLC, ITSM, and Product Management knowledge, along with leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience managing people
- 5+ years in technical operations roles
- Proven personnel management experience
- Proven experience with SDLC, ITSM, and Product Management
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Ability to manage launches, adoption, and product success plans
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and handle multi-variable scenarios
- Ability to present information in user-friendly language
