Job Summary
Lead and coach a software-engineering team to drive a technology strategy for customer-facing applications. Responsible for architecture, performance, security, and reliability across SaaS solutions, integrations, and custom apps; oversee release management, DevOps/CI-CD, and vendor partnerships; enable AI-driven capabilities and enterprise-scale solutions across platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in application development, engineering, or technical delivery
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams
- Expertise in SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, and system architecture
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred) and modern DevOps methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or similar
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and production support models
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
