Job Summary
Manager-level application developer lead with 40% staff coaching and code reviews, 40% design/architecture and 20% hands-on coding. Leads a team of 10-12 developers in cross-platform environments (.NET and JavaScript) to deliver software solutions; collaborates with Software Developers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Customers to identify opportunities for quality software delivery; responsible for SME-level technical decisions and best integration patterns. Telecommuting permitted; includes comprehensive benefits and a focus on developing and coaching development teams in a government-contractor setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field
- 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation
- 5 years of experience Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET, and JavaScript
- 5 years of Frontend web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- 4 years of experience generating high quality code
- 2 years of experience with Service-oriented architecture and web application/services development
- 2 years of experience with Agile Development Methodology
Desired Qualifications
