Job Summary
Lead a team of analysts, system administrators, and functional specialists to deliver functional and technical services across the University's portfolio of business applications, including the Colleague SaaS ERP, Canvas LMS, and integrated enterprise systems. Oversee system performance, upgrades, integrations, data integrity, and user access while ensuring a seamless user experience. Direct on-site and remote staff to advance the effective use of institutional applications and data assets, aligning services with campus stakeholders' mission and priorities. Lead application-related projects involving system enhancements, integrations, data migrations, and new module implementations. Manage resource persons responding to service requests and unplanned disruptions, while implementing standardized IT procedures and ensuring current technical documentation and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in leadership role for higher education enterprise applications
- Record of accomplishment, innovation, and successful system implementations (particularly cloud systems)
- Team leadership experience and able to gain and keep client trust
- Project planning and able to manage change across the enterprise systems
- High degree of creativity with a can-do attitude
- High degree of professionalism
- Strong team building and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Ellucian Colleague or Banner and related applications and systems
- Experience with Ellucian Colleague Operational Data Store (ODS)
- Experience with Argos reporting solution
- Experience with Ellucian Recruit or similar CRM
- Experience with automation and workflow systems
- Working Knowledge of Ellucian Insights, and Data connect tools
- Technical writing and training experience
