Manager - APP Surgery

Direct and oversee inpatient and outpatient clinical operations across multiple surgical service lines, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Lead and supervise non-physician providers by managing staffing, credentialing, privileging, and professional development while developing departmental policies and strategic initiatives. Perform advanced clinical responsibilities including patient assessments, consultations, documentation, and assisting with surgical procedures. Coordinate perioperative and postoperative care, facilitate discharges, and lead quality improvement and EMR enhancement initiatives. Collaborate with physicians and hospital administration to optimize clinical workflows and support financial goals through budget oversight and revenue optimization. Manage recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee relations to foster leadership development and staff engagement.
