Job Summary
Lead the API services software development team, overseeing design, development, and delivery of high-quality APIs while ensuring maintenance, enhancement, and optimal performance. Establish and enforce development standards, manage team performance including hiring and mentoring, and collaborate with administrators on integration and help desk resolution. Participate in road mapping, sprint planning, and scrum meetings, providing Tier III/IV support for production issues and contributing to build/buy decisions. Research new technologies to reduce costs and improve quality, ensuring adherence to SOC2 controls and realistic timeline estimates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of software development experience with ASP.NET and VB.net or C#.net OR 8+ years managing a software development team
- 5+ years of experience with SQL 2008 and above
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
