Job Summary
Lead and execute comprehensive annual giving strategies for the AAMC and DCMC Foundations, overseeing annual fund campaigns, direct mail and multi-channel appeals, and donor acquisition/retention. Direct and mentor the Communications and Stewardship Officer and Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure cohesive messaging, impactful donor storytelling, and scalable stewardship programs. Drive the Luminis Health Employee Giving Campaign, align communications with fundraising priorities, and collaborate with Foundation leadership to integrate annual giving with major gifts, events, and overall fundraising. Ensure timely impact reporting, donor recognition, and engagement across print, digital, social, and web platforms while managing budgets, goals, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, annual giving, marketing, or donor engagement
- Experience managing integrated marketing and communications strategies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven leadership and team and volunteer management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, healthcare philanthropy preferred
