Job Summary
Lead the development and management of supply, demand, and inventory forecasts at multiple levels for raw materials. Oversee the creation and evaluation of item-level statistical forecasts to drive efficient purchasing execution and productive inventory. Facilitate the S&OP process, develop demand plans across multiple time horizons, and coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile variances and refine forecasting models. Interact with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to understand forecast drivers while utilizing supply chain planning software and Microsoft Excel. Provide input to inventory strategies and communicate customer action plans within the supply chain organization. Report to the Supply Chain Manager with a hybrid schedule of four onsite days and one remote day weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience developing and maintaining an S&OP process
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing direct reports
- Demonstrated track record of accomplishments in a similar role managing supply, demand and inventory planning
- Technical experience using advanced forecasting tools
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Position follows a hybrid work requirement, consisting of four (4) days onsite and one (1) day remote weekly
- Primarily office-based with standard working hours; may require additional hours to meet project deadlines or address urgent matters
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
