Job Summary
Lead complex analytics and market research initiatives for US Immunology brands, driving strategy in utilization management, medical policy, and pricing. Develop sophisticated contracting strategies by analyzing specialty pharmacies, PBMs, and health plans. Support market research to assess payer opportunities and access barriers, then present insights to senior leadership to influence high-impact decisions. Harness data science and visualization tools to craft actionable narratives that improve patient outcomes and organizational learning. Foster a high-performing team environment while independently managing projects in agile settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years hands-on experience in quantitative analysis (sales/marketing/pharma analytics)
- Proven expertise in one or more analytic tools (eg: SQL, Python, R, Dataiku) and data visualization/ reporting tools (eg: Power BI)
- Experience in agile, cross-functional, and dynamic environments - a self-starter who thrives in change and can lead independent projects
- Effective communicator able to distill data into clear, actionable business narratives
- Passion for innovative problem solving and strong commitment to stakeholder engagement
Desired Qualifications
- Master's/MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience with syndicated pharma data sources and market access analytics
- Familiarity with advanced analytics (statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics)
- In-depth experience with US market access strategy and payer landscape (eg: value/ contracting strategy, reimbursement, policy analytics, access barriers)
