Job Summary
Manager of Analytics will design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, BI solutions, and analytical insights across core business units; translate complex operational and financial questions into actionable insights; develop Tableau dashboards; define KPI governance and data documentation; conduct deep-dives to identify root causes; collaborate with IT/data teams on data availability and quality; contribute to AI/automation initiatives; remote role based in the US (prefer Eastern/Central time zones).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3–6 years of professional experience in analytics/strategy/consulting
- Proficiency in Tableau with dashboards used by stakeholders
- SQL and/or Python proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience bridging business and technical audiences
- Experience with healthcare data and analytics is a plus
