Job Summary
Lead team accountability to SLAs, quality targets, and throughput goals while building and maintaining automation in Alteryx, Power Automate, and Python to increase straight-through processing. Manage document retrieval, data feed integrations, API connections, and failure alerting, owning extraction, mapping, enrichment, and QA/QC across public, private, and operational asset classes. Track KPIs including SLA adherence, accuracy, uptime, automation coverage, and cycle time. Recruit and cross-train team members to build bench strength and reduce single points of failure. Partner cross-functionally with Data Ops, Data Processing, Client Delivery, and Professional Services for new fund or client onboarding, driving process improvements to reduce recurring errors and rework.
Required Qualifications
