Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis, market research, and valuation support for capital market transactions across office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use asset classes. Build and maintain financial models, cash flow projections, and investment memorandums while analyzing property financial statements and lease agreements. Coordinate with clients, investors, and internal teams to execute due diligence and manage data rooms. Track capital market trends and macroeconomic indicators affecting the real estate sector. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate advisory, capital markets, investment banking, valuation, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a client-focused environment
Desired Qualifications
- CA/ MBA (Finance) or CFA Level I (preferred)
- Exposure to commercial real estate transactions and investment analysis
- Knowledge of Argus Enterprise or other real estate financial analysis tools
