Job Summary
Manager (AMS) responsible for project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with quality standards. Requires 8-10 years of project management experience, experience with global stakeholders, strong communication, leadership, and proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. Focus areas include scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, change management, resource and quality management, and project closure.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of relevant Project Management experience
- Should have worked with global stakeholders/customers (not just India)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be responsible for status reporting to stakeholders at all levels, including leadership teams
- Advanced skills in project management tools like MS Project, PowerPoint, or Excel
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
- Good time management skills to be able to manage your own time and time of project team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Problem solving skills to be able to effectively identify and solve problems that arise during the project, including thinking creatively, identifying potential solutions, and make informed decisions
