Manager, Algorithm Developmen(AI/ML)

Job Summary
Lead and scale a team of AI/algorithm engineers; define and drive the AI roadmap aligned with product and business goals; actively contribute hands-on to design, development, and implementation of AI solutions; own delivery from research and prototyping to production deployment; guide architecture and design of AI systems integrated into Frontline products; drive adoption of advanced AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, Generative AI); collaborate closely with software, product, and application teams; mentor engineers and grow technical leadership within the team; ensure high engineering standards, scalability, and production readiness.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Deep Learning/ Algorithm development
- 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or team management
- Strong hands-on experience developing and delivering AI/ML solutions
- Strong background in ML/Deep Learning (coding and system design)
- Strong software engineering skills (Python, C++ or similar)
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
