Manager - Alcohol and Drug Recovery

Lead the Alcohol and Drug Recovery service line by providing oversight of staff, operations, and quality improvement initiatives across multiple sites. Collaborate with the Director of Substance Abuse Services to ensure regulatory compliance, establish standardized workflows, and drive continuous operational improvement. Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse team while monitoring performance metrics, patient satisfaction data, and reimbursement processes to support financial objectives. Respond to patient and family concerns, manage departmental budgets, and oversee staffing schedules to ensure continuity of care. Maintain strict adherence to scheduled work hours and attend regular staff meetings to communicate organizational initiatives and project timelines.
