Job Summary

Manages day-to-day airport customer service operations including oversight of the ticket counter and gate activity, ensures resources meet performance targets, enforces safety and security procedures, mentors and develops employees, and drives efficiency through process improvements. Leads staffing decisions, conducts interviews for CSMs/Supervisors, monitors trends for on-time performance, maintains vendor relations and contract obligations, supports budget development and expense planning, and ensures compliance with internal audits. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of airline customer service supervisory experience; must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; FAA background checks and SIDA access may be required; valid driver’s license as applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years’ work experience in Airline Customer Service supervisory
  • Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Applicable valid driver’s license as required by local authorities, if applicable
