Job Summary
Lead the verification team for the AIR SaaS Platform, ensuring high-quality delivery of backend and frontend components through cross-functional collaboration. Implement, improve, and automate verification strategies for cloud and on-prem deployments by integrating pipelines into CI/CD with DevOps. Analyze customer-reported issues to identify test gaps and ensure robust regression coverage while driving performance, quality, and stability improvements. Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability, and support team members with career development plans.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing of software development teams
- 5+ overall years of experience in software development and testing
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures
- Hands-on experience testing Python/Django (including REST APIs)
- Proven experience with frontend testing (UI automations using end-to-end testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative multi timezone environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intrinsically motivated with a desire for automation programming
Desired Qualifications
- Background in developing virtualization solutions using technologies like QEMU and Docker
- Knowledge of Linux networking and understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks
