Job Summary
Lead and manage large, complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives leveraging Agile, Scrum, and project management best practices. Drive identification, qualification, design, and execution of innovative technology projects within Ryan practices, serving as a critical junction among clients, external resources, internal technology teams, and executive leadership. Build applications and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows using large language models (e.g., Claude) to drive automation, insights, and decision-making. Foster strong client service, coach teams, and deliver digital transformation initiatives across practices, with duties spanning project scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and change management. Travel 30-50% and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, tax, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field preferred. Certifications in PM, Scrum, Agile, and Six Sigma are valued; proficiency with Alteryx and governance frameworks is a plus. Must have US work authorization without visa sponsorship; relocation not explicitly offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering or application development experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation, consulting, technology project management, business solutions, or digital transformation
- Experience building, deploying, or managing enterprise applications, automation solutions, or AI-enabled business tools
- Experience using large language models, including Claude or similar LLM platforms
- Lean or Six Sigma certifications and experience preferred
- PMP Project Management Professional Certification (preferred)
- CSM Certified ScrumMaster (preferred)
- PMI-ACP Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
