Job Summary
Lead AI risk assessments, risk tiering, and governance approval processes while reviewing solutions for compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor control effectiveness throughout the model lifecycle and partner with Privacy, Security, Legal, and business teams to identify and mitigate AI-related risks. Maintain AI risk registers, oversee remediation activities, and develop reporting on risk posture for governance committees and senior leadership. Support the continuous improvement of AI governance frameworks and standards. This role ensures AI solutions are developed and operated responsibly in alignment with ethical principles and enterprise governance. Success includes identifying risks early in the development lifecycle and embedding regulatory requirements effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, governance, or a related field
- Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI concepts and associated risks
- Experience applying regulatory, risk, or control frameworks in a complex organization
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
