Manager, AI Business Analyst

Job Summary
Lead and facilitate discussions to articulate business and functional requirements, identifying high-value AI opportunities across business processes. Assess pain points, expected benefits, and feasibility to define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for system implementation. Manage change requests while adhering to project governance standards and offer actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to implement enhancements, while conducting end-user training to ensure successful adoption. Define requirements and optimize processes to deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Information System, Computer Science or Engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a strong focus on business analysis or related roles
Desired Qualifications
- Agile methodology / scrum certification is preferred
- Experience with AI delivery, proof of concept, pilot, or production implementation is preferred
- Experience with consulting firm is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance client operations
- Understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, and agentic workflow concepts
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases and measurable outcomes
- Ability to define acceptance criteria for AI-generated outputs and human review processes
- Strong business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience in producing related artifacts, e.g. BRD, User Stories, Experience Journey, Value Map
- Comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile
- Familiarity with business processes and change management practices
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
