Job Summary
As a Manager of AI-augmented Global Accounting/Controlling at Rockwell Automation, you will lead transformation within the Global General Accounting organization by integrating AI, automation, and big data analytics to enhance operational excellence. Your role includes the development of strategic roadmaps, deployment of AI Copilot functionalities, and collaboration with Finance Technology teams to improve financial insights. You will oversee general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP standards while promoting continuous improvement and the adoption of AI tools across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in General Accounting and Controlling
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
Desired Qualifications
- CPA/CFA degree
- Proven experience in finance transformation, including AI and automation implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), RPA tools, AI platforms, and data analytics solutions.
